RnR

  • A database of a researach on regulatory networks of Arabidopsis based on a large dataset of over-expression experiments.
  • In the research, 210 experiments are contained.

Gcorn

  • Databases to retrieve homologous genes in the view of evolution & function.
  • The database of plant genes (Gcorn plant) is available.
  • The databases of other eukaryotic genes will be published in 2019 in order of completion.
  • As of January 2019, Those of fungi & protozoa will be under construction.





Xcorn

  • Databases to overview gene expression analyses on the basis of grouping experiments.
  • As of January 2019, the database of plant gene with microarray experiments (Xcorn plant β version) is available.

PLAGO

  • A database to overview RNA-Seq analyses of plants.

ConfeitoGUI

  • A stand-alone toolkit for extracting local communities, based on the Confeito algorithm.
  • The Confeito algorithm is useful to detect local communities from a correlation network in a size-sensitive manner.
